All deliveries are made to kerbside or driveway, depending on the layout of the property. Deliveries are made on anything from a small van all the way up to a 18-tonne articulated lorry. Please ensure you inform us of any delivery access issues in the Special notes for delivery section at checkout so we can pass these over to our selected couriers.
Unfortunately at this time our couriers which deliver bulky orders nationally aren’t able to provide us/our customers with time slots and your order can be delivered anytime between 08:00 – 18:00 hrs, We cannot refine this so to ensure delivery is received inside these hours please make sure someone is at the property so you can be sure your flooring arrives on the mutually agreed date

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we can agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery
