Delivery policy

Access:
All deliveries are made to kerbside or driveway, depending on the layout of the property. Deliveries are made on anything from a small van all the way up to a 18-tonne articulated lorry. Please ensure you inform us of any delivery access issues in the Special notes for delivery section at checkout so we can pass these over to our selected couriers.

Delivery Process
To keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process, when we receive your order you are sent an e-mail order confirmation, followed by a phone call and a notification of dispatch when your order has left our warehouse.
 
How your order is delivered
Deliveries are made ‘kerbside’. Handling the goods is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods. When making a large order we advise to plan ahead and arrange a second pair of hands to help if you’re receiving lots of boxes or a large roll of carpet or vinyl flooring, especially if your order is for a room not on the ground floor.  Please note: This applies to flats, tower blocks, high rises where we advise there are two people at home to check and sign for the materials downstairs where between them, they can organise getting the items upstairs to your property as the delivery driver’s responsibility ends at the communal hallway.
 
Delivery speeds & time slots:
Unfortunately at this time our couriers which deliver bulky orders nationally aren’t able to provide us/our customers with time slots and your order can be delivered anytime between 08:00 – 18:00 hrs, We cannot refine this so to ensure delivery is received inside these hours please make sure someone is at the property so you can be sure your flooring arrives on the mutually agreed date
 
Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website as we are always available.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we can agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery
